Shipping & Returns: Transparent Policies for a Confident Purchase

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 10-20 days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout based on your location, order weight, and the selected shipping method. Orders over  within the continental US qualify for free standard shipping.

3. Order Tracking & Issues
You can track your order using the link in your shipment confirmation email. If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the package, please first check with your neighbors and local post office. If the item remains missing, contact us within 10-20 days of the marked delivery date for further assistance.

We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee from the date of delivery.

1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
To be eligible, the item must be:

  • In new, unused, and resalable condition.

  • In its original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories included.

  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number).

2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used light bulbs (due to product nature).

  • Final sale items or items marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page.

  • Custom-made or personalized fixtures.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Log into your account and visit the "Order History" section, or email us at returns@yourbrand.com with your order number.

  2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid return shipping instructions (for eligible returns due to our error or defect).

  3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include the RMA number inside the box, and ship it to our returns center using the provided label or your preferred carrier.

4. Return Shipping Costs & Refunds

  • Customer-Initiated Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10-20 days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.

  • Exchanges: For a different item, we recommend processing a return for a refund and placing a new order to ensure you receive the desired product promptly.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
    If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at www@usheslh.com within 7 days of receiving it. Please provide your order number along with clear photos/videos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return label and send a replacement or a full refund within 7 days of verification.


6.If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. Thespecific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
